All Gusseted Poly Bags are manufactured with side gussets and engineered with 100% virgin Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resins. We provide two types of Gusseted Bags (on rolls and individually packed) as options. In addition we also provide heat sealable Poly Tubing. Such bags are used when products are bulky or have irregular shapes the side gusset of the plastic bag expands when the package is filled with the product. When compared to layflat poly bags, these plastic bags provide enough slack for the items that are being packaged. So if it is packing of boxes, bulk items, or irregular shaped products gusseted poly bags provide the best solution. Another reason for using gusseted poly bags is to allow the package to stand upright when filled with loose items such as screws or lose candy. The expandable pleat on both sides of a gusseted bag gives you plenty of expansion space for square, odd-size or bulky items that do not fit well in a flat bag. Other uses include box liners or economical protectant coverings. Gusseted bags give you a custom fit that protects contents from moisture, dust and scratches. Smaller bags are packaged loose in cartons.
